For a long while now my homepage was displaying a simple index page containing the “Coming soon!” text. Three weeks ago I decided I had to finally do something about that. I started looking for free content management systems online which I could use to easily be able to manage my homepage without having to do a lot of work. I don’t have much time these days and I want to be able to easily update my website once it is online.

I found out that WordPress is simply the best free blogging/CMS system for a homepage out there. Very nice back-end and very customizable with themes. Once I got it installed I started experimenting and creating a theme for my own website. Dived into some PHP while I was at it, and the result is what you are viewing now.

There’s not a lot of content up right now, but it will grow as I get time to update the website. For now it contains just enough to get things started. Leave a commentand let me know what you think!
