I have noticed that those quotes have been used on various places on the Internet. You do also realize Bush said that the US constitution "is just a goddamn piece of paper" right? So it doesn't seem all that impossible that he could have actually said those things. In any case, he did say about Bin Laden: "A terrorist is bigger than one person, and he's a person that's now been marginalized.....so I don't know where he is..... you know I just don't spend much time on him to be honest with you." You can see that in Fahrenheit 9/11. And that basically means the same as not being his priority. any:
