In that post I went into details about my experiences with dealing with RTV, one of the local TV stations, and how the US Embassy in Suriname got involved and tried to intimidate RTV into not broadcasting the documentaries. As you will see when you read that post, the US Embassy succeeded in intimidating RTV enough for them to decide not to broadcast the movies because of the consequences it may have for them. Before that I had already successfully organized an event on 9/11, where I had screened all of the documentaries which I wanted RTV to broadcast. That event was a moderate success, and overall I’m satisfied with how things went. I’m still getting very good feedback from people, some of which didn’t even attend the event at that time, but know about the issues we discussed on that event and “are happy at least someone in Suriname is bringing it to our attention.” I’ve been planning to do follow ups on that event and one of the things I wanted to do was find a way to broadcast the movies which we screened on that event on TV so that we could reach even more people with the information. We had only a limited number of seats available for the first event and in addition there was a fee of about $40 per person, and some people complained that it was too expensive for them. So having the movies broadcasted seemed like a better thing to do next. Im glad that you could pull this event off and is great to see people realizing that this is nothing new, but a sequence of events in the Istory of united States, Some people is so Ignorant such as The Economics teacher at my school, he is a deep deniel, he was a cop and he thinks he know everithing, but in fact he does not know that in the Comission Report building 7 was mention. He instead of going to one of the websites i provide to him such as www.st911.org he refusend to go to and he whent right loking for a "debunking article" to make me read it. But more and more people is weaking up.
