[...] It looks like Windows Genuine Crapvantage is causing trouble again for Microsoft. It seems it has been marking the Windows Vista and XP installations of many people as illegal, causing the operating systems to go into reduced functionality mode. This is not the first time this is happening, and many people, including me, have warned about the possibilities of these things happening. I can’t tell you how furious I would have been if I had to deal with my OS going into reduced functionality mode when I need to get things done. Fortunately, I won’t have to deal with this kind of stuff because there’s a nice crack available for Windows Vista activation (just search for the Vista Activator FF 2.1.2.1.2). I switched to linux a year ago becuase : 1) cant afford to be legal with windows. 2) did not like the whole \"lets use the customers computer to sell them more crap\" attitude. 3) did not like elite nature of many small businesses that lean on windows for their strength, 4) viruses 5) third NSA key. oh you might think im paranoid....i\'d say fine thats your opionin....but i\'d say that being apathetic and not taking approroate action os worse than actually doing something..... woah someone call the PFJ or was that the JFP or the FJP? damnn you splitters@!

 heh, I don't know why, but this makes me smile. I mean, I've always been a fan of microsoft. But I refuse to pay those prices for something that I can get somewhere else for free. Their security is redundant tight... And I believe that is where all their problems come from. But vista is the worst yet... At my company, (IT) we would have to activate each box individually even though we get an OEM reseller version of their software. Now when you are talking about 3 guys activating over 3000+ Boxes individually??? That is the primary reason we will switch to Linux.
I dont know, I guess it just makes me happy to see ALL that effort on microsoft's behalf go to waste.
